I offer a supportive, non-judgmental, and compassionate space where you can talk through issues, make sense of your feelings, recognize your wants/needs, and build on your coping strategies. If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck and unsure of what to do, we can work together to find creative and practical ways of moving forward.
